1.first of all go-to system > preferences > Adobe Flash Player
2.click on advanced tab and then Check Now.
3.Now you can see that this system have 10.3.183.16 version installed and you can also see the available version of flash players for different os, click on "Downloads" at the top of this page.
4.click on Get ADOBE FLASH PLAYER.
5.Now click on "Different operating system or browser?"
6.In the step 1 setect Linux {32 or 64 bit} and in step 2 "Flash Player 11 for other Linux {rpm} 32 bit.
7.Now downloading dialog-box will shown.....like this. click ok.
8.Now install flash-plugin-11.1.102.63-release.i386.rpm > open terminal.
[yogesh@PC Desktop]$ su -
Password:
[root@PC ~]# rpm -Uvh /home/yogesh/Downloads/flash-plugin-11.1.102.63-release.i386.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1:flash-plugin ########################################### [100%]
[root@PC ~]#
9.Now at the end go-to system > preferences > Adobe Flash Player
> click on advanced tab and then Check Now.
>Now you can see that this system have 11.1.102.63 version installed, I upgrade flash player 10.X to 11.X........
